Here is the table please feel free to change it. I am not very good with computers so please do as you will. May be add in a section for fibrosis. does anyone know how to add in links for CXRs and links to videos of chest sounds ect. I have hinted were they might be in the table

Does anyone else want to formulate something similar?
Couple of changes, haven’t gone through in depth yet. First, a row for weight change, yes in cancer, and in end stage COPD if cachexic. Secondly, I’m not sure if this would fit Hx or exam, but including symptoms/signs produced by the tumour compressing other stuctures. ie. Hoarseness with recurrent laryngeal nerve or Horners sign (ptosis, constricted pupil, anhydrosis, flushing) with the sympathetic trunk or stellate ganglion.
